How do I use MIXED UP?

Apply the pre-mixed colour directly to clean, towel-dried hair while wearing gloves. Leave on for 15 to 30 minutes depending on your desired colour depth, then rinse thoroughly with cool water and style as usual.

Will MIXED UP cover grey hair?

MIXED UP is a vibrant semi-permanent hair colour, not a permanent chemical dye. While it will deposit rich tonal stains over grey strands to create a multi-dimensional, highlighted look, it is not formulated to provide opaque, full grey coverage.

Is MIXED UP suitable for all hair types?

Yes. MIXED UP is suitable for all hair types, including natural, coloured, bleached, and highlighted hair. While our pastel and lighter tonal variations require a pre-lightened bleach blonde base, the deeper, more highly saturated colours in the range will effectively tint natural virgin hair.

Does MIXED UP damage hair?

No. The MIXED UP formula is completely ammonia-free and peroxide-free. It does not open the hair cuticle with harsh chemicals; instead, it coats the outside of the hair shaft with pure pigment while conditioning the strands, leaving your hair feeling soft, healthy, and shiny.

Can I use MIXED UP on dry hair?

For the most even pigment absorption and optimal colour payoff, MIXED UP should always be applied to freshly washed, towel-dried hair. Applying it to dry hair can result in uneven patchiness due to variations in hair oil and product buildup.

How To

1. Wearing gloves, apply a generous amount of SHRINE Mixed Up colour to clean, towel-dried hair. Mixed Up works best on pre-lightened hair.
