What happens to my points if I return my order?

Any points earned from a returned order will be deducted from your points balance.

How long do my points last?

Points are valid for 365 days from the date they are earned.

I forgot to use my points. What can I do?

Unfortunately, points cannot be applied to orders once they have been placed.

Do I need to pay for delivery on my free gifts?

If your order does not meet the free delivery threshold, delivery charges will apply.

How do I get my referral discount?

You’ll receive an email notification once your friend places their order. The email will include your 20% off code.

What happens if I can’t access my account?

How do I earn points?

You can earn points every time you shop with us, as well as through special activities such as signing up, referring friends, or following us on social media.

Can I stack my discounts and promotions?

Unfortunately, only one discount can be used per order. Loyalty rewards, promo codes, and other discounts cannot be combined.

Can I gift my points to someone else?

Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.

Do I need an account to earn points?

Yes, you’ll need to create an account before purchasing so we can track your points.

Can I merge points from two accounts?

Unfortunately, points cannot be combined across multiple accounts.

How can I check my points balance?

Simply log into your account - your current points balance and rewards will be displayed in your dashboard.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?

No limit! The more friends you refer, the more rewards you can earn.

Why haven’t I received my birthday reward?

To be eligible for your birthday points, your birthday must be at least one month after the date you provided your birthday information. This ensures our system has enough time to process and apply your reward before your special day.

Can the loyalty program change?

We reserve the right to update or modify the program at any time, but we’ll always notify members in advance of major changes.
