How do I earn SHRINE Points?

You’ll earn points by:

What are SHRINE Points?

SHRINE Points are our way of saying thank you! You earn points every time you shop with us, which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.

How do I redeem my points?

Once you’ve collected enough points, you can turn them into money-off vouchers. Simply log in, visit the Rewards section, and select the reward you’d like to use. You’ll then be given a discount code to enter at checkout.

When do my points expire?

SHRINE Points are valid for 12 months from the date they’re earned. We’ll send you a reminder before they expire, so you don’t miss out!

What happens to my points if I return an item?

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account. If you redeemed points on a returned item, those points will be refunded back to your SHRINE account.

Can I use SHRINE Points with other promotions?

You can use your points on most orders, but they can't be combined with other promotional codes unless otherwise stated.

Do I earn points on delivery charges?

No — SHRINE Points are earned on the value of the products only, not on shipping or delivery fees.

Where can I see my points balance?

You can view your current SHRINE Points balance by logging into your account and heading to the ‘Rewards’ section.

I forgot to log in – can I still get points?

Points are only applied to purchases made while logged in to your account. Unfortunately, we’re unable to apply them retrospectively.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

SHRINE Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
