SHRINE Spotlight: Meet Ashley!
Here at SHRINE, we are all about celebrating individuals who push the boundaries of hair creativity, self-confidence and colour. Today, we are absolutely thrilled to introduce you to our newest brand ambassador : Ashley!
As an elite Session Hair Stylist and Colour Specialist with 14 years of industry experience. Ashley’s visionary work takes him across high-profile photoshoots, global campaigns and dynamic creative projects. Wherever he goes, he brings fresh ideas to life and helps people boldly express themselves.
We sat down with Ashley to chat about his career, his favourite trends and why he is obsessed with SHRINE!
SHRINE: Looking back at your incredible 14 year career, what has been your favourite memory so far?
Ashley: Travelling with brands and creating hair in incredible places. It never gets old!
SHRINE: We are ecstatic to have you on board. What made you decide to partner up with SHRINE?
Ashley: I partnered with SHRINE because they make hair colour fun, accessible and easy to use. Whether you are refreshing your usual shade between salon appointments, trying something new or getting creative with colour, there is something in their range for everyone.
SHRINE: Talk to us about products! If you had to pick a favourite formula or shade from our range, what are you reaching for?
Ashley: I am a huge fan of the ‘Drop It’ range especially because you can tailor the colour to be subtle of as vibrant as you like. Caramel is definitely one of my favourite shades.
The new ‘GLOSS IT’ range is another standout for me, amazing colour options, incredible shine and it leaves the hair feeling hydrated and looking so healthy in just minutes!
SHRINE: For everyone experimenting with their look at home, what is your top pro at home colouring tip?
Ashley: Always do a strand test first. Once you have done that, do not be afraid to experiment! SHRINE makes it easy to refresh or switch up your colour from home.
SHRINE: As a trendsetter, what is your favourite current hair trend? What should we look out for this summer?
Ashley: I am loving glossy, healthy hair and personalised colour. From rich brunettes and soft coppers to subtle pastels, it is all about embracing trends, having fun with colour and making it your own. This summer I am all about the warm tones and lots of shine!
SHRINE: We have to close out with a quick fun fact. Give us a little secret insight into your life outside the salon
Ashley: I am obsessed with ice cream! Whatever the season, it doesn’t matter, I’m always in the mood for a scoop (or three!)
