Who can enter the giveaway?
Anyone attending Superdrug Presents, aged 18 or over who lives in the UK can enter. One entry per person.
How do I enter?
Simply fill out our online entry form during the Superdrug Presents live event dates, 21–25 August 2025. Entries outside these dates won’t be counted.
Is it free to enter?
Yes! There’s no purchase necessary.
How many winners will there be?
We’re giving away 4 Hair Glow Ups – one during each of the 4 sessions at Superdrug Presents.
What exactly does the Hair Glow Up include?
You’ll get a personalised hair colour created with SHRINE Colours by our expert colourist Ashley Lee, plus a cut and style to complete your transformation.
Where will the appointment take place?
Your Glow Up will happen either in Manchester (with travel and accommodation included) or at a location near your home, depending on where in the UK you’re based.
How long will the session take?
It depends on your hair and the transformation agreed during your consultation – Ashley will tailor it just for you.
What if I can’t make the suggested date?
No problem – the prize can be booked any time within 12 months of winning, but once the appointment is confirmed it cannot be rescheduled.
Can I give the prize to someone else?
Yes – if you can’t use it, you can transfer it to someone else.
Do I have to have my hair coloured?
Yes – this is a colour transformation experience, but it will be personalised to suit your style and comfort level.
What if I have allergies or sensitive skin?
We require all winners to complete a skin test 48 hours before their Glow Up. We’ll post the product to you for this.
Can I choose any colour?
You can choose any shade from the SHRINE range – Ashley will make recommendations based on your hair type and desired look.
Will my before/after photos be shared publicly?
Yes – part of the prize is allowing SHRINE to document and share your transformation on our channels.
How will I know if I’ve won?
We’ll email you within 7 days of the event ending.
What happens if I don’t respond to the winner's email?
If we don’t hear back within 14 days, we’ll choose another winner at random.
Is the prize refundable or exchangeable for cash?
No – it has no cash value.
Is this affiliated with Superdrug or Superdrug Presents?
No – SHRINE is the sole organiser of this giveaway.

SHRINE Superdrug Presents Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This giveaway is organised by SHRINE. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Superdrug or Superdrug Presents.
2. Eligibility
o Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
o One entry per person.
o Employees of SHRINE, its affiliates, or agencies directly involved in the promotion are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
o To enter, complete and submit the online entry form during the Superdrug Presents show dates, 21–25 August 2025.
o Entries submitted outside these dates will not be accepted.
4. Prize Details
o The prize is a Hair Glow Up with SHRINE Colourist Ashley Lee, including a personalised hair colour using SHRINE Colours, plus a cut and style.
o One prize will be awarded per session during the event.
o The session will take place either:
a) In the Manchester area, with travel and accommodation included if required, or
b) Near the winner’s UK location, subject to agreement with SHRINE.
o The prize has no cash value but may be transferred to another person at the winner’s request.
o The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the winner being notified.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
o Winners will be drawn at random within 7 days of the event ending.
o Winners will be contacted by email using the details provided at entry.
o If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification email, SHRINE reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Conditions of Prize Redemption
o Winners must be available for an online consultation at least 1 week prior to their appointment.
o Winners must complete a skin test 48 hours before treatment (product for testing will be supplied).
o Once the Glow Up appointment date is confirmed, it cannot be rescheduled. If the winner cannot attend on the agreed date, the prize will be forfeited.
o SHRINE reserves the right to change the assigned colourist and/or stylist if necessary.
o Winners must agree to SHRINE documenting the experience (photos/videos) for use on SHRINE’s marketing channels.
7. General
o SHRINE reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
o SHRINE accepts no responsibility for entries not received, delayed, or incomplete due to technical errors.
o The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. Data Protection
o Personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will be processed in accordance with SHRINE’s privacy policy.
