How To Apply:

1. Firstly using any conditioner, fill the SHRINE bowl to the measuring line.
2. Check the DROP CHART on the side of the box to choose your shade, then drop the desired amount of drops into the conditioner.
3. Using the SHRINE brush, mix the drops and conditioner together until the colour is consistent.
4. Apply the product to towel dried hair. Section the hair and apply the product evenly throughout.
5. Wait 10 minutes to develop, rinse hair well until the product has washed out. Dry and style your hair as usual.
6. Share your hair on social by tagging@SHRINE#SHRINEDROPIT to be featured on our instagram.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Request a Return: Please visit www.weareshrine.com/a/returns

You have 28 days to return an item from when it’s delivered for a full refund (we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage). No refund will be issued for any returns received after this 28 day period.
Some items can’t be returned e.g. earrings, items where a hygiene strip or seal has been removed (like swim wear and underwear). They also include goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons that's been broken. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
The Customer must cover the cost of returning unwanted goods.
The Customer must follow the returns policy, by emailing The Gypsy Shrine (support@weareshrine.com) to notify their intention to return any goods.
Within 14 days after receipt of the goods, the Customer must contact The Gypsy Shrine in writing via the contact details above and, following which, they must be returned to us within 14 days.
The goods must be ‘as new’ and unused, in original undamaged packaging, including all items and free gifts received. It is the Customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until their return to The Gypsy Shrine. The Gypsy Shrine will consider that the Customer has not taken reasonable care if the goods have been used in a way or extent, exceeding what a customer would similarly examine the goods in a retail shop prior to purchase and will be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any such reduction in value due to your use.
Any refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the Customer’s returned products.
All clothing pieces that are being returned, must be in a resell-able condition, unworn with the original tags still in tact. Anything that returns back into the warehouse not as the above, will not be returned.

DAMAGED GOODS

In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the date of delivery of the products. The Customer must notify The Gypsy Shrine within 14 days of delivery and return the product to The Gypsy Shrine before the refund can be issued.
We will examine the returned product and will notify you of and process your refund within a reasonable period of time and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirm to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
